HaulGuard helps owner-led trucking fleets stay on top of DOT compliance without turning the owner into a full-time safety manager. We combine practical software with a named compliance specialist who reviews records, follows up on gaps, and helps prepare the fleet for audits.

Our mission is straightforward: keep small carriers moving by making driver files, testing programs, IFTA reporting, CSA monitoring, and audit preparation visible and manageable. Fleets keep the ELD systems they already use while HaulGuard handles the broader compliance operation around them.
